This is version 2.2a of LoadICE4. It fixes some minor bugs. Copy the exe to some known location on your hard drive. The exe is a WINDOWS CONSOLE APPLICATION. WINDOWS NT PARALLEL PORT INSTALLATION ------------------------------------- To install the Windows NT driver you will need to have the parallel port set to either EPP or Standard (BIOS settings). ECP and DMA settings will not work. While in the BIOS configuration area, note the parallel port's address. You will need it when editing the PromICE.ini file. Next, log in as Administrator. Edit PromICE.ini. Make sure the port address and other settings are correct. Run PromICE.bat. Restart the system. You should see a PromICE service started in Control Panels -> Devices. If not, or if you can't connect to the PromICE via the parallel port, check your settings and retry. For loadice.ini file modify the file that is in this directory.
